These Terms & Conditions govern your use of breathworktactics.com and your participation in any Breathwork//Tactics program, seminar, certification, or retreat (collectively, the "Programs"), offered by Midwestern Method LLC ("we," "us," or "our").

Eligibility & Health Disclosures

Breathwork and cold-exposure training involve physical and physiological demands. Participants are responsible for disclosing relevant health conditions prior to any hands-on training component and should consult a physician if they have concerns about participation, particularly regarding cardiovascular conditions, pregnancy, or cold-exposure contraindications.

Assumption of Risk

Participation in any Breathwork//Tactics Program, including breathwork techniques, cold exposure, and physical activity, is voluntary. Participants assume all risk associated with participation and release Midwestern Method LLC, its instructors, and partner organizations from liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Certification Terms

Instructor certification is contingent on completion of required pre-work, passing the pre-assessment quiz, and satisfactory participation in the in-person training day. Certifications are subject to periodic recertification requirements as described during the program.

Intellectual Property

The B//T-OBS system, all named techniques and drills, curriculum materials, and the Breathwork//Tactics name and marks are the intellectual property of Midwestern Method LLC and may not be reproduced, taught, or distributed without written permission.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms for certification, seminars, and retreat registration are provided at the time of enrollment and may vary by program and partner organization.
