WHO WE ARE

Breathwork//Tactics exists to support all first responders across the USA, including those within law enforcement, fire safety, emergency medical services, 911 dispatch and other public safety groups.

OUR MISSION

Breathwork//Tactics seeks to equip first responders with cutting edge science-based tools to improve performance and quality of life for those who our society depends on most.

OUR PURPOSE

Breathwork//Tactics was originally designed to address the underreported mental health crisis in the first responder community. However, it was soon adapted to be a comprehensive training program to enhance problem solving skills under pressure as well as providing reliable tools to down-regulate the autonomic nervous system when off duty. While the primary focus is on-the-job performance, this program equips trainees with the tools to enjoy a long satisfying career, making better choices while avoiding burnout.

OUR WHY

First responders are tasked with making complex decisions under high levels of stress on a daily basis. The negative effects of this prolonged stress, combined with the need for accessible breath training is at the heart of the blueprint for Breathwork//Tactics training program.

OUR FOUNDERS

Breathwork//Tactics was developed by Jesse Coomer (R), one of the foremost breathing coaches in the world, with the help of Jared McKee (L), a United States Marine Combat Veteran and a retired police chief with over 22 years of service. Coomer and his certified trainers offer seminars and coaching for first responders, police academies, 911 dispatchers, fire safety personnel, EMTs, and all other public safety groups around the USA.
