No. The online pre-work builds you up from the fundamentals of respiratory physiology. The in-person day assumes you've completed that pre-work and passed the assessment quiz — not that you already have breathwork experience.
Cold training is strongly encouraged but optional. We run a safety screening beforehand for cardiovascular conditions and other contraindications, and every attendee still receives full instruction on facilitating the module safely, whether or not they personally participate.
Yes — an on-site seminar is the fastest way to bring the training to your team without going through certification. Certification makes sense once you want the program to keep running inside your department long-term.
